Ingredients:
100% Pure Premium Bentonite Clay.

How to use:
Mix 1 part clay to 2 parts apple cider vinegar and/or water. Do not use a metal bowl or utensils. Add more liquid or clay as needed. Mix until smooth. Apply to face and other desired areas. Let dry for 15-20 min. for Normal/Oily skin, and 5-10 min. for sensitive skin. Warming and Tightening sensation is expected. Rinse with warm water. Smooth mask in sections onto damp/wet hair distributing evenly. Let sit for 15-25 min. Rinse with warm water. Bath:Add 2 cups of clay in bath to absorb toxins.
